Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern your participation in the MyAd affiliate program.

1. Enrolment

• Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.
• You must accurately describe your promotion channels and audience during application.
• We may suspend or revoke participation at any time for breach of these terms.

2. Commission

• 30% recurring of the subscription fee for the first 12 months of a referred customer's paid subscription.
• 10% second tier for 12 months on subscriptions generated by affiliates you directly recruit.
• Commissions apply to the Pro and Business plans. Enterprise deals are negotiated separately.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks.

3. Attribution

• Attribution uses a 60-day first-party cookie plus server-side tracking on your referral link.
• The last valid affiliate link clicked before signup receives the commission.
• Self-referrals, related-party signups and incentivised signups with no genuine intent to use the Service are invalid.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly, within 15 days of month end.
• A minimum balance of $50 is required to withdraw.
• Commissions become payable only after the referred customer's refund window has passed.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate income and for providing accurate payment details.
• Payment methods are bank transfer or an agreed payout provider.

5. Promotional rules

You agree to:

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever you promote MyAd.
• Use only the brand assets we provide, and not alter them misleadingly.
• Refrain from bidding on MyAd brand keywords, trademark terms or misspellings in paid search.
• Not offer cashback, coupon stacking or incentives that are not approved in writing.
• Not send unsolicited email, spam, or post in unrelated communities.
• Not make claims about results, savings or rankings that we have not published.

6. Tracking and reporting

You will receive access to an affiliate dashboard with clicks, signups, active subscriptions and pending commissions. We may adjust tracked figures to remove fraudulent or invalid activity, and our records are the authoritative source for commission calculation.

7. Refunds and reversals

If a referred customer receives a refund or files a chargeback, the corresponding commission is reversed from your balance, including clawback of already paid amounts where necessary.

8. Term and termination

• Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice.
• Commissions already earned on active subscriptions continue for their 12-month window unless terminated for breach.
• On termination for breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these Affiliate Terms is limited to the commissions payable to you in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commission rates for existing referred subscriptions are not reduced for the remainder of their 12-month window.
